the big THREE!

My sweet Rex is three years old today! A few things he is in to right now... anything "Cars"--Lightning McQueen, Mater, Chick, Mr. The King. He loves it. His father recently let him watch some Star Wars and bought him a light saber and now walks around with his light saber getting the bad guys, like Darth Mader. (Maybe he is getting the two movies mixed up a bit?) He is super polite too. He out of the blue starting saying 'you're welcome' when someone says thank you. Amazing for a three year old! Also, if you ask a question sometimes he says, "of course Mommy, of course." What a grown-up. He is asking A LOT of questions too...and remembers most of the answers. He can spell his name (E-R-X), can say his ABC's, count to ten, say very good prayers, and always asks for a hug and kiss at night. So sweet! We love you SO MUCH! Happy Birthday Rex!!
